Located at the meeting point of Hayarkon Street and Frishman Beach, SeaNet Hotel reflects a considered renewal of a coastal hospitality asset. The intervention focuses on clarity, material refinement, and the upgrading of guest spaces to contemporary standards. Designed by Orly Shrem, the project introduces a clean and composed language aligned with its immediate urban and seaside context. The result is a hotel environment that is understated, precise, and closely connected to the rhythm of Tel Aviv's coastline.
